NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Voice of the Customer Support Specialist to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
We are seeking a customer-focussed Support Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the Customer Voice function to ensure efficient organisation, management and governance of activities, enabling Supply Chain to meet operational requirements for our customers. You will help in sharing customer insight across the breadth of our business and support action plans aligned to key customer pain points to make us easier to work with for the NHS.
Every day you will …
Collect, monitor and triage customer insight data to support building a monthly report to be shared with senior stakeholders across NHS Supply Chain
Arrange and attend customer forums and panels led by the Customer Voice team, recording meeting outcomes and actions and circulating to attendees
Provide key strategic support to the NHS Supply Chain Regional and National Advisory Forums to ensure the business is held to account in achieving its business objectives and providing the best possible service to the NHS
Support the team to ensure action and risk logs are maintained
Work cross functionally to ensure slide packs and content are pulled together ahead of time for national customer forums
Work with the Customer Voice team to develop ways of working and support process development across the business to ensure we communicate clearly with customers
Look to build and maintain good working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders on a range of business sensitive issues

Strong engagement, administration and project management skills

Experience of delivering projects and working within a customer facing environment with operational experience
Ability to prioritise accordingly whilst managing several pieces of work / projects simultaneously
Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, and ability to influence and hold stakeholders to timelines
