Carbon60 is recruiting a Fraud Prevention Administrator for a well known UK based pensions company.
Rate:£15 per hour
Duration:6-months to perm
Location: Redhill or Welwyn garden city
This role is a hybrid position allowing work from home.

Day to day responsibilities include the receiving of referrals from our administration teams, corresponding with our members to ensure all required information has been obtained and preparing the file ready for our call handlers to interview individuals in relation to their requested pension transfers. After which the successful candidate will package the file for referral to our clients for confirmation of the outcome, before advising the administration team of the next steps.
Communicate effectively with client/members via the telephone, letter and email.
Consistently provide a quality customer experience to clients/members.
Deal with simple queries and requests by the use of standard letters and reference to procedures.
Ensure complaints procedure is adhered to and that any complaints are immediately notified to Senior Administrator.
Monitor own work flow to ensure service levels are achieved.
Assist the wider team in more complex / project work when required.
Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/member's needs and to promote the brand.
Develop knowledge of client's pension schemes.
Continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients/members could be improved and communicate to the Senior Administrator / Team Leader.
Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.
Customer and quality focused.
Computer literate.
