We are recruiting for a HR Project Officer to join our HR Team here at Public Sector Partnership Services.
In this new role of HR Project Officer within the HR and Payroll Service, you’ll report into our HR Manager Delivery, but work closely with Head of HR & OD and wider HR service on delivery of its projects.
This role will be key in supporting the HR service in its delivery of its People Plan priorities and clients programme of HR projects. You will support on key strategic projects (some already underway) and ensure plans are maintained and updated; and will and work closely with wider HR and Payroll team to develop systems, processes and procedures for implementation of identified projects.
It is essential that you have experience in operating in large, complex organisations and can respond to multiple and changing priorities. You must be confident working with senior stakeholders.
As a HR Project Officer, you will use your excellent communication and organisational skills, to support the wider HR team to ensure the effective delivery of a variety of projects.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring progress on projects and will support with development of regular reporting and updates on projects.
Key skills include researching, analysing, writing and reporting, use of IT systems to a high standard, and ability to organise, communicate and coordinate with variety of people. Ideally you’ll have experience of delivering HR projects previously, however, we are open to applications from candidates with project experience who have a passion for HR.
