About the Role
As a Home Manager, you will be the heartbeat of your home, leading with autonomy and setting the standard for excellence. You’ll drive your team, ensuring continuous improvement and delivering person-centred, quality-driven care.

Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing quality initiatives and improvements
• Leading and managing the team
• Overseeing recruitment and colleague development
• Managing referrals and occupancy
• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data
• Managing finances
• Building customer relationships and marketing the home to ensure business sustainability and success
About You
You identify with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork.
You must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
As a leader, you should have at least three years of management experience, ideally in a complex care setting. This role is also suitable for experienced Deputy Managers looking to advance their careers.
You possess:
• A first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
• A thorough understanding of nursing care best practices, sector-specific legislation, and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals
• The ability to inspire, lead, and manage a team
• Strong time management skills, capable of handling conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines
• A comprehensive range of clinical, business, digital, and operational skills
