Internal Sales Representative (Timber Merchants)
Are you a proactive and customer-focused individual with experience in sales? We're seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our client based in Huddersfield at a leading timber merchant. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and assist customers in selecting the right timber products for their needs.
Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers promptly and accurately.
Process sales orders, ensuring all details are correctly captured and communicated to the warehouse and delivery teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with external sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor stock levels and work with the procurement team to manage inventory effectively.Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, within the timber or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of timber products and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
