Care First Recruitment Ltd. are currently seeking experienced Business Support Officers, with previous Local Authority experience, to work in Central London / West London councils
Job Duties:

You will be the first point of contact for enquires to designated teams from members of the public and other staff members

You will have to maintain systems and processes
-
Organising the logistics and actively contributing to team meetings, service meetings.

Input personal data onto the system and ensure all information is accurate
-
The role includes scanning, filing and distribution of documents
-
To deal with telephone enquiries, emails and letters from members of the public in a professional manner

You are required to have a minimum of 2 years' experience with a L/A
Hourly rate depending on experience and the L/A, range: £14 to £18 p/hr
For most roles you will need either a Basic or and Enhanced DBS (checks by the Disclosure and Barring Service)
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months (may be extended)
Pay: Approx. £14.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Customer service in a Local Authority: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification: Basic or Enhanced DBS certificate (required)
Ability to Commute: London (required)
Work Location: In person
