Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Contracts Management: Work directly alongside the Managing Director to support the management of contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Oversight: Contribute to the planning and execution of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, from initiation to completion.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

Learning & Development: Engage in a phased development plan designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to transition into a fully-fledged Contracts Manager role.
Requirements:

Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Project Manager within the commercial fit out and refurbishment sector.

Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Personality: A proactive and driven individual, eager to learn and develop within the role.

Location: Flexibility to travel across the Thames Valley and West London for project site visits
