Accounts Payable Assistant
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client based in Ascot.
The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for:
Maintenance of the purchase ledger
Raising Vendor Purchase Orders
Assist with preparation of mid-month and month-end supplier payment runs for authorisation
Accurate posting of bank transactions
Maintain the Fixed Assets Register
Assisting with Month End and Year End accounting requirements
The Accounts Payable Assistant will have:
Good basic understanding, working knowledge and experience of working in a finance department or studying/studied towards a finance qualification.
Proactive, analytical with excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and level of accuracy with an ability to perform well under pressure
Good customer service skills, with the ability to work well with suppliers, customers and other team members
