Are you a friendly face with a passion for helping others? Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team! As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Duties include but not limited to;

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional environment.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
