Are you ready to shape the future of a leading membership organisation? We are looking for a visionary and dynamic Director of Regions & Membership to join our Executive Leadership Team at the NFU. This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire our regional teams, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional service, advice, and representation to our valued existing members and lead the drive for the members of the future whilst all the while growing our representative power.
As the Director of Regions & Membership, you will:
Set the Vision: Develop and implement the strategy and goals for the Regions & Membership Directorate, ensuring alignment with our overall organisational objectives.
Lead with Impact: Inspire and guide our regional teams to provide outstanding member experiences, driving engagement and satisfaction wherever our farmers and growers interact with us.
Champion our Culture: Be an inspirational and inclusive leader who embodies the NFU values, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Drive Strategic Success: Play a key role in the NFU’s Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the broader strategy and working closely with Director colleagues and Officeholders to advance the business of the NFU.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the agricultural community and ensure that the NFU remains at the forefront of member representation and support.
