You will be responsible for covering shift requirements for a geographical area in Sussex (but based in the Whitstable office, Kent). It will be your role to help increase the revenue billed in your area by filling shifts, building relationships with staff and clients and spec calling your clients.
About the role

The bookings coordinator will cover outstanding bookings for Clients (Nursing & Residential homes, Private Hospitals, Supported Living units and Hospices)

Building and developing strong relationships with staff members (Carers and Support Workers)

Building and developing strong relationships with clients
-
Obtaining staff availability week on week
-
Recognising sales opportunities and acting upon it
-
Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.

Completing ‘Spec Calls’ to clients
Requirements
About you
-
You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
-
You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
-
You will have worked in a similar role before or have come from a customer focused or sales role.

Have worked in the care industry and understand the industry.

Be switched on, dynamic and confident to have conversations with care home managers and or carers
-
Flexible so can pick up the off out of hours shift if needed
-
You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

Our client will offer you a salary of £25,200 increasing to £28,350 on completion of probation period plus bonus.

37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, based in the Whitstable, office.
