Role Profile
This is a brand-new opportunity for a marketing professional to join an established organisation. The focus is across the marketing mix, including SEO, social, paid ads, email campaigns and website content management.
The Senior Marketing Executive should be at a level to be able to design, strategize, oversee, and implement campaigns confidently.
Role & Responsibilities

Website management – designing and executing online campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and generate interest.

Oversee the business website, manage customer communications, and execute lead gen campaigns to support the sales team.

You will have resources to help you build landing pages and produce all forms of content.

Responsible for SEO maintenance and content production, including regular blog updates, video and photography content (with help from the external agency), and writing new and engaging descriptions and guides around our products and services for our customers.

Responsible for building close relationships with the sales team and customers to enable you to produce detailed case studies.

Responsible for all marketing communications, including email campaigns and regular newsletters.

Maintain and grow the database to ensure we have the broadest possible reach.

Managed social media platforms, responsible for planning and scheduling content and, where possible, repurposing from blogs and other content.

Monitor and analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns, suggest new ways to engage with stakeholders, and manage the relationship with the external agency.
Requirements to carry out the role

Degree or education in a marketing-related qualification and ideally have 3 or more years of experience.

You’ll be the business's social voice, so you must be creative and think of new ways to engage with various audiences.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and offline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

Experience in using a content management system such as WordPress is desirable.

Solid understanding of SEO practices.

Quick, accurate, and understand the reasoning behind maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Highly motivated, determined, tenacious and persuasive, with excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Clear thinking with the ability to cope within a fast-moving environment.
