Customer Service Administrator (Hybrid)
£13.50 per hour
6 month Fixed Term Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Administrator to support increased customer interaction during the companies busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and be part of a dedicated team.
Min to Fri. Shifts between 08:00 - 18:00, 7.5 hours per day
Office Days: Minimum of 3 days a week, increasing to 5 days a week during September and October (no annual leave during these months).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer accounts and support with administration
- Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain attention to detail in all interactions
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (in any industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
