Salary: £60,000 + Package
Our client is a family-owned medium size Main Contractor specialising in Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Mixed Use and Student Accommodation build projects. We have been asked to supply a bright, driven and highly capable Construction Manager to work on build projects across Yorkshire. You will join a company on the rise, turnover currently sits at £85m per annum with big plans to scale this.
Construction Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Planning and supervision of works
- Temporary works input
- Progress reporting
- Quality control

Construction Manager experience required:
- Minimum 5 years' Construction Manager experience
- Major Project experience essential.
- Degree educated or similar
- Excellent communication skills
