Duties include:

Taking responsibility for target programmes.

Overseeing several refurbishment schemes at once.

Managing client relationships.
-
Visiting sites every week/ 2 weeks ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.

Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.

Working with the quality manager to ensure projects are being ran to a high level of compliance.
