ATK Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator / Project Coordinator to join an expanding company and utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Education, and Local authority projects.
Your role would be to assist the Principal Fire Consultant, carry out administrative tasks, and manage Fire Consultancy Projects.
Job requirements include but not limited to:-
- Downloading data and drawings from clients where applicable
- Managing Clients and their processes
- On-boarding of Clients
- Quality checking reports and deliverables
- Liaising with Clients, Surveyors, and Principals
- Quality checking documents
- Being self-sufficient as you will be working from home
Desired attributes:-
- Good communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including proficient Excel use
- Ability to Project Co-Ordinate
- Enjoy working in a friendly and busy environment
- Willingness to learn
- Ideally, you would have worked in a property or construction background, however, all applications will be considered
Position Remuneration:-
£30k to £55k, please refer to the higher end of the salary bracket if you have experience in delivering Building Safety Case reports within a Property Consultant.
