Job Title: Service Administrator

Our client, within the health care sector are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to all. We are currently seeking a motivated Service Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.
As a Service Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the service desk and reception area. You will be the first point of contact for clients, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
This is a temporary position- full-time hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM. Fully office based.
Hourly rate from £14.00PH
What you'll do:
Greet and direct visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and redirecting calls as necessary
Assist with appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate records
Coordinate with the team to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery
Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing
Be responsible for the receipt and processing of all referrals, screening, triage and comprehensive assessments
Be responsible for generating prescriptions in preparation for signing; to include responsibility for regular and clear communication with the Clinical Team to ensure updating and amending prescribing information as appropriate.
Work as part of an administrative team supporting the service with operational commitments to include organising diaries, allocating, arranging, cancelling and re booking client appointments, ensuring all appointments are fully utilised and reception is effectively managed.What you'll bring:
Proven experience in a service role or similar
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS packages
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
