You will be responsible for:
All operational matters on site with a focus on driving performance and efficiency's
People development through leadership and coaching
KPI adherence, value added development of work practices and the ability to solve novel problems.
Implementation of continuous improvement to drive world class standards
Pro-activity in developing and sharing best practice.
Your experience:
Operational leadership experience gained in an FMCG manufacturing environment that includes leading sizeable teams
Experience of implementing continuous improvement with an aptitude for using data to identify and solve issues. Knowledge of a range of lean tools.
Experience of managing budgets and P&L.
Passion for operations complimented by a broader understanding and appreciation of business and able to contribute to the senior leadership team.
Able to balance the hands on and strategic elements of the role.
