Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Site Manager on a 2 month contract, based in Aberdeenshire.
This role is OUTSIDE IR35.
Role Summary

Experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all elements of substation primary and secondary plant and equipment

Knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and a detailed understanding of the roles and duties of the Principal Contractor and Contractor

Site Construction experience in a position of leadership
Responsibilities

To manage all aspects of PT activities on site including set-up, customer relations, project reporting, discipline, and efficiency.

To manage the entire construction phase in accordance with the company’s health, safety and environmental policy and procedures and to a standard which meets the customer’s reasonable requirements under the contract.

To ensure that good discipline and working practices are maintained within the site to maximize the safety of site activities and minimize the cost of operation.

To ensure that programme commitments are achieved within budget by the correct use of the various grades of staff, craftsmen, and labour and to anticipate, wherever possible, circumstances which may adversely affect the achievement of this objective.
