We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a Site Manager based in the North of Wales/ Merseyside area that’s had experience working on the internals packages such as flooring, joinery and walls etc within an industrial or engineering based setting.
This will be to join one of the leading design and build companies in the North West that have an incredibly strong interiors arm to the business and have recently won a package on a large project in North Wales.
The day rate on offer is currently relatively flexible and naturally it will be in alignment with your own experience. A rough guideline for the Site Manager position is £300 - £350 a day.
Job Role:

Co-ordinate and manage direct and subcontracted labour

Ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and on-site personnel

Adhere to the company’s standards with regards to quality, ensuring high quality finishes throughout

Ensure maximum health & Safety at all times

Provide frequent reports to head office on the update of projects

Carrying out site surveys where required
-
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are adequately stocked and maintained.

Coordinate the provision of facilities and services required by site personnel.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a Site Manager
-
Previous experience on a construction site similar to an engineer/industrial project or civils based
-
SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid
