Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Manage and organise team schedules and meetings.
Handle and distribute internal and external communication.
Prepare and manage reports and documentation.
Coordinate and manage special projects as required.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Assist in implementing departmental procedures and policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.Profile
A successful EA should have:
