We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Administrator to support our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with GxP activities and ISO standards. This part-time role involves conducting internal audits, maintaining SOPs, managing investigations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for Quality Administrator:
Provide administrative support for Quality Improvement initiatives.
Assist in creating monthly quality reports and tracking KPIs.
Manage Serious Incident Investigations (SIRI) and QA ticket follow-ups.
Maintain ISO 9001 and GMP/GDP Quality Systems
Support investigations and document management for the Plant.
Handle corrective actions, complaints, and equipment issues.
Assist with ISO/GMP/GDP audits and record creation.
Conduct internal and external quality audits.
Participate in quality-related projects. Skills & Qualifications for Quality Administrator:
Equivalent experience in quality admin
Experience in a quality control environment
Strong analytical, numerical, and IT skills.
Sound communication, customer service, and team collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing work demands.
