A new vacancy has arisen for a driven and motivated Technical Coordinator to join an established regional housing development business in Devon, due to successful and continued growth.
To compliment their long standing and experienced team with additional coordinators, to support technical managers and also run their own sites depending on what stage the development is at.
The company have ambitious yet achievable growth plans and would like to bring in the additional staff to future proof the department and hopefully train up the next generation of technical managers over the coming years.
You will work closely with experienced Technical Managers on 1 -2 sites located in the local areas. As the technical coordinator will be involved in projects from design stage through to post completion. You will manage engineering and working drawing packages with the aim of building homes to a high standard whilst obtaining all necessary technical approvals.
Attributes and experience required:
Proven experience working in a similar role, however open to time in the industry.
Experienced within the house building field
Strong technical knowledge
Good understanding of the planning process
Good knowledge of section agreements including 104 & 38
Confident in supporting on large sites
Organised
Commercially aware
Strong communicator
Excellent IT skills
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Driven and self motivated
Happy to consider both experienced Coordinators and assistant /trainee tc’s.
