Change Manager – Birmingham - £85k
My client is looking for two Change Managers to work on HS2.
This is covering a portfolio of work with an extensive array of civil engineering projects including bridges, viaducts, underpasses and much more, all within the busy and vibrant City Centre.
All projects are design and build under a heavily amended NEC3 Option C contract and our client requires two change managers to join their team helping to monitor and value all change to works information. This includes (but not limited to):

Ensuring notices and communications are passed to the client and subcontractors as relevant to the main and subcontracts respectively

Contract administration including use of CEMAR

Forecasting change in time and cost, working closely with the planners, commercial managers and quantity surveyors, contributing to design programme updates and cost forecasts.

Maintaining a risk register

Assessment of compensation events for subcontracts with the support of the technical team and project managers
This role will ideally be based in the city centre office however there are additional offices in and around the area and they also offer hybrid working as well as subsistence packages if the ideal candidate is from further afield.
