Location: Midlands/Northwest (If you're able to get southern clients too they are open to things)
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus Quaterly & Yearly (Based on personal performance)
Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling a range of packaging solutions, particularly focusing on corrugated products. You will be responsible for comprehending customer needs, delivering effective product presentations, and fostering strong relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through thorough research, strategic networking, and proactive cold calling. Maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
Product Presentation and Consultation: Customize solutions to fit customer requirements, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide expert consultative advice.
Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, negotiate effectively, and ensure seamless implementation.
Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience in selling packaging solutions, specifically corrugated products.
Valid UK driving licence.
Day-to-Day
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through proactive outreach.
Customize solutions to fit client needs and deliver engaging product presentations.
Manage the entire sales cycle and collaborate with technical teams for smooth implementation
