1st Line - IT Support - Service Desk

Pure are partnered with a world renowned Not for Profit organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge to support them in the hiring of a 1st Line Engineer for their tech team.
You will play a key role in supporting users onsite in Cambridge and across the wider group of over 250 users. You will join a small yet knowlegable tech team not only providing 1st line support but also set up and management of meeting room technology. Due to the size of the team there is the opportunity for you to develop a broad skillset across IT, with the close support of working with a close knit skilled team. The organisation will soon be going through a period of both technological and process change, which you will be a part of offering you further further development opportunities.
This role would suit an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer, or someone with an appropriate IT qualification looking for their 1st role in IT. You will be cofident supporting internal stakeholders of all levels and curious to learn and develop your IT skills.
