Caddy Group are looking to speak to Document Controllers on behalf of our client for an upcoming substation project based in Carlisle. This role is estimated to last until 2026.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, review, categorise, and store all construction-related documents, including blueprints, contracts, permits, and technical drawings.

Ensure that the latest versions of documents are distributed to relevant team members, contractors, and clients promptly.

Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations by ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and properly archived.

Manage document revisions, track changes, and ensure that the most current information is available to the team.

Accurately input data related to documents and project details into the company’s document management system.

Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure document accuracy and availability.

Prepare documents for internal and external audits, ensuring all records are complete and organised.

Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and best practices.
