They pride themselves on commitment to quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction. As they continue to expand their portfolio, we are seeking a dedicated Aftercare Manager to join our team.
This contractor operate across multiple sectors including education, leisure, residential, commercial and retail.
The Role:
As an Aftercare Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful transition of our projects from construction to occupancy. You will be responsible for managing the post-completion phase, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and service. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the aftercare process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met post-handover.

Act as the main point of contact for clients following project completion, addressing any queries or issues that arise.

Implement and manage efficient aftercare processes to guarantee client satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with project teams to gather feedback and resolve any ongoing issues.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project performance and address any concerns.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain aftercare documentation, including action plans and reports.

Lead the aftercare team, providing guidance and support to enhance service delivery.

Facilitate training sessions for clients and end-users on the operation of newly completed facilities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in aftercare management or a similar role within the construction industry.

Project Management experience is desired

Strong knowledge of building processes and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant qualifications in construction management, facilities management, or a related field are preferred.
