Londinium are currently recuriting for a seasoned and commercially astute Project Manager with a proven background in Joinery and Fit Out, for a well established tier two contractor based in Kings Cross They specialise in high-end, large-scale commercial fit out projects.
Key Objectives:
- Lead a construction team to deliver major work packages or projects within defined cost, time, and quality parameters.
- Uphold and promote the company's culture and reputation, proactively seeking new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing the company's interests.
- Align the project team’s roles, skills, and behaviors with the company's objectives and project requirements.
- Develop and manage a precise project program.
- Provide the client with detailed monthly progress reports.
- Ensure the project team fully understands and communicates the client’s requirements.
- Deliver the project within the authorized budget, optimizing cost and quality.
- Implement production controls for performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement.
- Communicate company policies, including Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards, to the project team.
- Regularly report production analysis feedback to the Operations Director.
- Ensure compliance with Quality and Management Systems.
- Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of construction best practices.
- Understanding of Health & Safety and environmental legislation.
- Expertise in Joinery/Fit Out.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
- CSCS Manager or above certification.
- SMSTS Qualification
