Synapri has partnered with an expanding business within the property & hospitality sector, which is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role will provide a very wide exposure to a broad range of IT projects and products around Entreprise WiFi, access control and CCTV systems.
You will be based at one of the offices within the City of London.
Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and resolving desktop/laptop hardware and software issues

Delivering an excellent level of customer service

Provide support to users via telephone, email and remote control

Answering calls with a confident, clear and professional telephone manner
-
Following processes and procedures
-
Take ownership of user problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix the issue either remotely or on-site
Experience and Skills needed:
-
1st & 2nd Line Support experience
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including 365
-
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory

Strong knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10

Knowledge of routers, firewall and basic networking #

Knowledge of Apple iOS and Android

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
