We are seeking an experienced Document Controller for a newly created position with a leading M&E Contractor, generating an annual turnover of £350. This exciting opportunity is based in London Bridge, where you'll be an integral part of our client’s team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage document control systems, processes, and procedures.

Accurately input and maintain document data.

Upload documentation files to Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and FTP/SharePoint sites.

Coordinate document control activities, including handling technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

Generate necessary document control reports.

Distribute the latest approved documents and drawings to all relevant stakeholders.

Keep up-to-date records of all approved documents and drawings.

Manage project files and control logs as required.
Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with 4Projects, Viewpoint or Sharepoint

Previous document control experience is preferred.

Strong ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Excellent organisational skills for efficient workload management.

Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
