Our Ilkeston based client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to add to their team.
·Working within our Operational, Infeed and Transport teams on a daily basis reporting to Administration Manager.
We’re looking for a candidate with the following attributes;
·Strong Organisation skills.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·A background within Administration/Customer service within a fast paced environment.
·IT literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
·Team player with the ability to multitask.
·Good Telephone Manner
Specialising the supply of UPVC products, the role will include but won’t be limited to;
·Data Entry
·Communicate with customer via telephone and email.
·Effectively and accurately record data.
·Filing/ Document management.
·All other duties as required.
Hours of work;
·Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (30 dinner break)
