This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking, positive company who are constantly striving to exceed expectations. The successful candidate will have solid understanding of housebuilders/developers and be able to create and maintain professional relationships with all customers and stakeholders.
You will have experience working for a house builder or developer and be able to reliably commute to sites in and around the Southampton area. You will be expected to deliver 5* customer service throughout the whole sales process and be confident in progressing sales.
For full time employees, this role is Thursday – Monday so you will be expected to work every weekend.
Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting customers into the sales suite and accompanying them on viewings of the show home and desired plots.

Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner to qualify their requirements

You will be expected to actively deal with all incoming sales enquiries.

Effectively progressing all sales on suite whilst providing 5* customer service to customers.

Ensuring the sales suite is kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.

Managing the internal sales database, ensuring all data is kept up to date and accurate.
Key Requirements:

You will have at least 1 years’ experience as a sales consultant for a housebuilder, developer or new homes estate agency

Committed to delivering every customer a 5* journey

Available to work weekends

Valid UK driving licence
