Ideal Recruit are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the Permanent Division, based in our Warrington branch. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, change and is adaptable to growth. Recruitment experience is preferred but not required as all necessary training is provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Resourcing candidates using various job boards for permanent roles.
Being responsible for administration processes such as job posting and social media.
Providing a positive candidate experience.
Keeping in regular contact with candidates to ensure a smooth process and gain full career knowledge and aspirations.
Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
Using various tools to make new links with potential clients.
Attributes required for the role include:
Well presented, approachable and effective communicator
Strong Work Ethic - hardworking with a determined personality.
Excellent computing skills (MS Office, social media).
Versatile & dynamic, as required in this role.
Valid UK driving licence and own transport.
