The Customer Service Administrator will:
Deal with day to day client queries
Respond to emails when required
Be the first point of call for all clients and suppliers
Contact and liaise with suppliers
Ensure clients are compliant with all regulations
Assist the sales team with quotations
Be responsible for various admin duties to support the customer service and finance team
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will:
Be numerate and have a good analytical mind
Maintain fantastic communication skills
Have good organisational skills
Be confident on all Microsoft packages
Work with passion and enthusiasm
Be self-motivated and work well under pressure
