Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently recruitment for our client, an International Manufacturing organisation based in the Edinburgh area.
Based in the HR team, you will provide advice and guidance on global mobilisation to the UK sites and manage the immigration process for international employees due to join the UK business.
Responsibilities Include
Manage the immigration process to multiple UK sites as part of the inpat process, international hire, international transfer, and student visa.
Provide advice and guidance on immigration compliance, process and restrictions to internal teams including HR, Hiring Managers and international employees due to join the UK business.
Liaise closely with the immigration partners.
Work closely with the key stakeholders.
Review internal processes in place to support immigration process and identify opportunities for improvement.
Background Required
Thorough understanding and knowledge of immigration laws and regulations to the UK
Previous experience of working in a similar HR &/or recruitment role
Experience of working in an international corporate organisation
Excellent communication, confident communicating to internal and external employees
Strong attention to detail skills
Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
