Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Takeley
Salary: £26,000
Term: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday - Friday
RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their well-established client near Takeley. You will be working as part of a team, dealing with customer queries, processing orders and developing customer accounts.
The Role of Customer Service Advisor:
Answering incoming phone lines.
Processing customers phone, email and web orders and customer returns.
Understanding customer requirements.
Understanding of our products and services.
Supporting your colleagues.
Liaising with other departments, buying, production, goods out and technical.
Make outgoing calls to customers. To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor:
Experience using a CRM system
Experience of using SAGE 200 or a similar package would be ideal
Experience with inputting sales orders onto PC system
Able to prioritize own workload and work within a team.
UK Driving License.
Experience working in a business-to-business environment. The Package for Customer Service Advisor:
Salary: £26,000
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday - Friday
