Your new role
This is a part-time role, based in their office, onsite at Mallusk. In this role, you will be required to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your key responsibilities will consist of the following:
Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain project schedules and track progress.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and project reports.
Manage project budgets and financial records.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:
Proven experience as a Construction Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications
