Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking and prospect activities.

Understanding client needs and collaborating with internal teams to meet those needs with appropriate services or products.

Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to existing and potential clients.

Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements in strategies.

Key Tasks and Duties:

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service departments to align client-facing activities.

Manage and resolve client conflicts and complaints.

Update internal databases with account details.

Participate in industry events and conferences to expand networks and enhance industry knowledge.

Implement effective sales strategies under the guidance of senior executives.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Relevant sales or account management experience.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
