This is a stable and profitable business offering personal development and career growth. Salary is entirely negotiable with experience and market profile and anticipated to comprise a basic in the region of £50,000 plus car allowance, pension & performance related bonus scheme.
As SALES MANAGER your responsibilities will include :

Covering the greater West Midlands area from a depot / show room conveniently close to both M5 & M6 motorway networks.

Selling a full range of brick and block products

Generating new business and managing key accounts

Target main contractors and corporate customers alike

Ensure outstanding customer service and supply chain excellence

Development and implement ongoing sales & marketing strategies
The successful SALES MANAGER will possess the following key skills and abilities:

Proven track record of developing new business and selling within the construction sector

Strong profile with both Contract builders and corporates within the West Midlands

Brick & block product knowledge

Involvement in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies

Financially & commercially astute

Self-motivated and structured with a target driven approach
