Our client, a highly regarded leader in its field is looking to hire a strong business partner to join as Site Finance Manager on an 12 month fixed term contract basis. This is a truly operational role, supporting the business at site level and collaborating with the Director of Supply Chain Finance to deliver objectives. This flexible business are able to offer a hybrid model, c 2 - 3 days in the office, depending on the candidate.
Main duties include:
- Delivering weekly, monthly reporting cycles (forecasts, KPIs)
- Monitoring and reporting capital expenditure
- Reviewing and analysing stock reporting and forecasting
- Reporting timely information to site teams both financial and non-financial
- Risk analysis, specifically stock related
- Coordinating site budgets and delivering forecasts
- Developing highly effective working relationships with key business partners
- Adding value by providing insight, challenge and analysis to every business decision
- Personal development reviews and providing leadership for Analyst report
Key skills & experience required:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and business partnering abilities
- Excellent communication, can build relationships with finance and non-finance alike
- Relevant management accounting skills, i.e costing, budgeting, forecasting
- Proactive self -starter and positive approach to problem solving
