As part of continued growth and expansion, they are now looking for a guru within Business Development who is not afraid to pick up the phone and help them tackle and expand their ventures into the medical industry. You will be working with existing clients with a heavy emphasis on building new sales channels promoting and selling your portfolio of products and services.

What's involved for the Business Development Manager…
Build new client relationships whilst maintaining and developing existing business
Create new business pipelines
Attend industry conferences and events
Develop a sound in depth knowledge of company products and services
Maintain a good understanding of market competitors within the medical or healthcare industry
Work with senior teams to create business strategy and target clients within the medical and health sector
Deliver high levels of customer engagementWhat you'll need…
Strong B2B sales experience
Experience of winning new business
Experience of managing and developing existing customers
Consultative selling techniques with the ability to match the clients needs and sell the benefits
Experience within medical or healthcare sales
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Problem solver
