We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the operations of a domicilary care agency specialising in autism, learning disabilities, mental health, and complex care needs. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of care, compliance with regulations, and effective management of resources and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality care for service users.

Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Manage and support a team of care staff, including training and development.

Maintain accurate records

Build effective relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.

Safeguard and protect the well-being of all residents.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in autism, LD, mental health, or complex care.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.

Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Ability to register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
