Purpose:
To review and implement upcoming changes to the PCR regulations in line with our contractual obligations under the LCST Contract.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive and implement Procurement related changes in relation to the new PCR regulations across all commodity areas.

Review and deliver impacts on TVS owned governance processes as applicable to the support of LCST operations.

Ensure all elements of the procurement process are compliant with new regulations.

Updating of procedural methodologies and standard artefacts to align with new regulations.
-
Work with stakeholders across TVS to amend and agreed required changes and subsequently consult and deploy updated processes and training across the TVS elements of the CSS program.

Consult with TVS Procurement Governance to ensure compliance to TVS internal governance process and align approaches around all regulatory changes.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
-
Leadership and management skills: ability to develop and best utilise skill sets to deliver businesses objectives.

3 years’ experience in a relevant Public Procurement / Commercial environment at Line Management Level as a minimum

Ideally educated to HND / Degree Level Qualification in relevant subject, MCIPS qualified or equivalent qualification through demonstrable experience.

Professional and Ethical in Approach.

Proven ability to persuade, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent Communicator at all Levels across all Media.

Good understanding procurement processes, within the public sector.
-
MS Office.

Ability to influence Senior Level stakeholders across the entire business unit.
-
Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Proven Commercial Practitioner

Ability to manage and prioritise workload in line with business deadlines.
