Planning Administrator/ Coordinator urgently required to work for a specialist manufacturing business based near Hook. We are looking for a skilled Administrator/ Coordinator to support the planning team where you will be focussed on the approval of Sales orders and the raising of associated Works Order's. You will be liaising daily with a wide range of teams including Sales, Production and procurement where you will be providing updates and escalating risk/ constraints affecting despatch dates.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Raising works orders in alignment with sales orders
Liaise with Procurement to ensure works orders are up to date and aligned with Purchase orders
Review list of sales orders to be approved
Analytical person, deep diving into facts and figures and ensuring correct
Experience of Sage or SAP Systems
Ideally from a manufacturing backgroundWe are looking for someone with Excellent EXCEL skills, able to create/use Pivot tables and other EXCEL functions, a keen eye and attention to detail. For this role to function effectively you will also have Excellent time management and must have a good working background of using ERP/MRP systems.
As an individual you will be solid at working under pressure and have a strong ability to deal with stressful and urgent situations. Also a strong team player who can build positive relationships with both colleagues and key stakeholders.
