Our client is a block management company that manages high end student accommodation across the North of England. We are looking for a customer service representative, to oversee a student building in the centre of Nottingham.
Job responsibilities:
- General duties such as; taking calls, allocating parcels, aiding student enquiries, replying to emails and greeting visitors
- Providing access to maintenance contractors
- Giving access to rooms and studios that prospective tenants want to view

Monitoring the building, enforcing rules and regulations, fire alarm tests
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay:
£11.44p/h (increasing after successful completion of initial 12 weeks)
The building is easily accessible via public transport, being a short walk from the train station and bus links. Free parking is also available
