A leading design and manufacturing studio for acoustics currently requires a Customer Service Advisor, based in Folkestone
The role will sit in the business operations team and will be a customer service role, also requiring sales support and administrative tasks.
You will need to be willing to get stuck in, have a can-do attitude, and enjoy seeing projects through to completion.
Customer Service key objectives:

Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both external and internal

Ensure all enquiries are followed up in a timely manner

Provide accurate pricing, ensuring all costs are captured and we are achieving target margin

Supporting the business operations team with administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department
Customer Service desired skills:
-
Sales pricing/quoting/estimating experience

Customer service experience, including talking on the phone to clients.

Excel skills, and experience of basic formulae such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, etc.

Experience of working on various computer software
