Part time Administrator
Hayes, Middlesex
£15 per hour (Three days, 18-21 hours per week)
Our client provides healthcare services in the local community. They require a part time Administrator for their busy office in Hayes, Middlesex.
In addition to the administration tasks, the successful applicant will require some experience of customer service as there is a lot of telephone calls to and from members of the public.
With the primary objectives to provide proficient administrative support and excellent customer care, the Administrator will also have the following duties:

Answering phone calls and advising on healthcare services

Taking notes and minutes in meetings

Stakeholder engagement, liaising with individuals for the betterment of patient care

Data entry

Help desk customer support

To support the manager in maintaining financial and HR records
The successful candidate must demonstrate IT and computer abilities and full training will be given on inhouse software.
They must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, show good organisational skills, have good communication skills and be customer focused.
