Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to Residential Conveyancing fee earners
Deliver exceptional client care in line with company procedures
Manage client files and maintain effective client communication
Handle daily administrative tasks
Undertake additional duties as required
Legal Secretary Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
Confident secretarial abilities
Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher
Strong administrative skills with excellent verbal and written communication
Team player with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
Professional, motivated, and personable demeanor
Proficient IT skills and administrative experience
Conveyancing administrative support experience (desirable but not essential)
