Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work for our prestigious Client based in West Bromwich.
Accounts Assistant Job Purpose:

Assisting with the daily accounts systems

Ensuring that all accounts processes are achieved in a timely manner, whilst ensuring that accounts is well controlled in close liaison within the team
Accounts Assistant Duties:
-
Upkeep of Sales Ledger using Sage Line 50

Invoice processing and distribution, statements, payment allocation, some manual invoice raising, credit note management

Invoice distribution, processing on Sage once invoices are approved, producing payment runs for Directors approval

Working with Financial Consultants to ensure monthly account are available on time

Use of all Microsoft packages to include SharePoint and the inhouse ERP system to support information availability

Working with the team to resolve day to day account issues with suppliers and customers
Hours of Work for an Accounts Assistant: Fulltime (37hrs) Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4pm & Fridays 7.30am – 12.30pm
Rate of Pay for an Accounts Assistant: £13phr
Position: Temp to Perm
